CANCELLATION POLICY
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, the remaining 50% of the service will be charged. If a deposit wasn’t put down then 100% of the service will be charged. Deposits can only be moved once outside of the 48 hour window. After it is moved once it will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made in order to book. Clients are considered late after 10 minutes and will be counted as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.
